Chinatown Busses

Anyone who lives in philly and needs to get to NYC has most likely taken the chinatown bus. It's cheap kinda fast but most importantly it's kinda scary. I don't take this bus anymore I'd rather pay a lil more for the Megabus. But this was taken during a walk through chinatown.

The 100 project has been a project I have been working on for several years not. But as of lately I've been photographing a roll of color negative film along with the black and white film. Here are some of the people who let me photograph them.

The Hotel

While on vacation in Florida we came across a closed hotel next to the restaurant we had visited to eat. It had no name and half the rooms were burned out. I went back to the resort grabbed my Hasselblad and took some pics.

Night Vision

Many moons ago. I would go and photograph at night. It was peaceful especially cause there was nobody around to bother me and ask me question about my camera or photography in general. These are the images the night time excursions produced.

School House Rocks

So in my travels I come across tons of schools. In this school they had a backdrop from a play or some sort of performance of school house rocks "JR." I thought it was neat and pulled out my Iphone and snapped some pics

Moravian St.

Before there was megapixels it was all about the size of your negative. And the 4x5 view camera was just about as big as you could get aside from the 8x10 view camera. I took this a while ago but its the only good 4x5 picture I have ever taken. I'm determined to take more and better 4x5 photographs.

Allison

So I was tagged this picture on Facebook. I was actually taken aback by this cause I took it and I'm pretty sure I didn't scan it. But anyway I don't really care but If I have a digitized version I might as well use it and post it. None the less this is Allison, we used to work together sometime ago. And she was kind enough to let me photographer for the 100

No Name Motel

During the summer vacation to Florida we went to a mexican buffet at the "Colorado House of Beef" I know a mexican buffet at a steak house but the buffet was delicious so I ain't complaining. But behind the restaurant was a old out out of business Motel. Some of the rooms seemed fine but there were random rooms thats were burned through out the entire complex. I grab my Hasselblad and took some pics. But I pulled out my phone and snapped this one

Our Nations Capitol

The Howard Family Reunion was held in Washington DC this year. Like an idiot I didn't bother to charge my battery and it died on me in the middle of a 3 hours bus tour around the city. But luckily I had my phone. And to be honest the pictures turned out better on my phone than with my digital SLR.

Sheila

I been "digging in the crates" a lot lately and I found one of the early photographs from my current 100. If I had to guess Sheila is likely to like 19 or 20 out of the 100.

Throwback Monday

This is a throwback from the archives. This is my friend Sean Henry. He's mad cool and a dope illustrator. We went on top of the building early in the morning back in 2006. And here was the end result.
